General Info:■ By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms of service.
■ These terms can change at any time.
■ I have the right to refuse any commission I am uncomfortable with.
■ I do not start working until payment is received.
■ I will try my best to accommodate any specifics you want, but it is always possible I may be unable to do so.
■ I do not work with deadlines.
■ Reposting with PROPER CREDIT (Art @/CelkieCandy in description/bio) is
allowed only by the commissioner.
■ You cannot make edits to my work without my permission.
■ You are not to remove or crop out my watermark.

Payment:■ I only accept payment through Paypal in USD, it can convert currency for you if needed.
■ Do not try to haggle with me on my prices.
■ Prices listed are base prices. Total price can increase with complex
characters/requests.

Changes and Refunds:■ I will send multiple updates as the commission is being worked on to see if changes are needed. Minor changes have no extra cost, but if major changes are needed an additional fee may be added.
■ I only give full refunds if I have not started work yet. If the commission is started, but not fully finished, I will only give partial refunds.
■ Mistakes made on my part will be corrected free of charge. (Ex: Forgetting a marking or accessory.)

Usage:■ I retain the rights to every image I produce. I am being paid to make these, not to transfer the rights to them.
■ I do not do commercial work (unless spoken to in detail and have terms agreed upon) and all commissions I do are for personal or nonprofit use.
■ You are NOT to profit off my work.
■ I will post commissions to any website I use to host my art unless asked not to do so. If you do not wish for me to post a commission to a specific website (or at all) just let me know.
